At Fastxcity – RUG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or there may be a need for exchange. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Process for Returns
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
Ship the Item: Once we confirm the return, ship the item to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style:

Used or washed rugs.
Items without original tags or packaging.
